1 - Type
a question into text box and click 'Search'. Use short meaningful questions or
key phrases. If you don't find what you are looking for immediately try checking
your spelling or rephrasing the question.

2 - questions searches
all the Learning Notes to find the most appropriate answers and lists them in
order of significance, putting any relivent Expert / Therapist Answers
first. The title and an abstract of the content of any matching documents are
displayed in order of relevance.
3 - Click
on the document title at the top of each block to see the full document in a new
window. E.g.

- If you need information that is not currently in the knowledgebase,
you can click on the 'Ask an Expert' link. Select an Expert by
first picking from the list of areas of expertise, then from the
list of available Experts. You will be presented with a short
pre-filled form containing your question which you can amend or
expand on as appropriate, prior to clicking the 'send' button.
5 - When
the expert has uploaded a response to your question to the questions knowledgebase,
you will be automatically emailed to say the answer is available. Click on the
link provided in the email you receive, to be taken straight to the answer.
There
are 3 types of knowledge resources available to you.

A
- Learning Notes. These can be displayed by searching,
as shown in the diagram to the left or by ckicking on the title in mypages where
only the screen 2 is shown.
You
can navigate around the complete set of Note pages once a specific page has been
found in the search, in 4 ways:
1 - Click on the page titles which are listed
as a 'table of Contents'
2 - The links on the main screen graphic located
on the left of frame 2.

- Use the < back and Forward> buttons at the bottom middle of the window,
just below the Note's text.
4 - Use a Full Screen view by clicking on
the
icon at the bottom far right of the main window. You will then see an enlargement
of area 2 (the Graphics) and be able to navigate using the various links on the
left hand side of the screen.
NOTE: To
return to a normal screen view press the Esc button to the top-left of
your keyboard. You can also toggle from a window in your browser to Full Screen
by pressing F11 on your keyboard.

B
- Information that has been provided by one of the on-line Experts
to a previously asked question. If
there are relevant expert responses available, these will be listed
first, followed by those derived from the documentation KnowledgeBase
(see A above).
C
- Answers to questions you have asked. You first see these
in an email with a link back to this website that may give you
more information and access to relevant downloads.
