I have been a 'student' of psychology for the past 40 years, using personal development, organisational and group dynamic theory to manage and shape growing individuals into positive supportive teams. I have used what I have learned in troubleshooting dysfunctional teams and even large organisations, which are just bigger teams. Much of this work has been focused on helping key individuals reflect on their roles, their personal management style and their own style in coping with stress.
For the past four years I have become completely focused on helping individuals not organisations. I help individuals improve their attitude towards as well as their understanding and skills to manage themselves, particularly when things get tough.
Our aim is to coach our client's to psychological health and leave them with the techniques and insights to continue helping themselves. |
